everyday in 52 words

With college life taking over the limited twenty-four hours I have, I’m back to poet-ing about the fast pace of life – something I can’t live with but also cannot live without.

When you’re so caught up in life
It’s hard to see where the justice lies
Heated arguments among the cold-hearted
And hunger for
Does arise
Little drops of delusion form survival
And memories tend to hold tight
Like ice cubes melting on a summer tongue
The best shall always rest in hindsight
